Just for Pastors

This page was created primarily as a resource for other pastors and campus ministers. Most forms will be available in Adobe PDF or Rich Text Format (RTF). Adobe PDF requires a Adobe Acrobat Reader (common on most Windows PC's) and Rich Text Format files can be read on nearly every wordprocessor.

Annual Church Report of College Students

The 2004 Book of Discipline requires all United Methodist pastors to report those students who are entering college for the first time in the fall and those who are currently enrolled in a college or university.

ROYCE (Reporting and Organizing Youth Camp Easily)

ROYCE (Reporting and Organizing Youth Camp Easily) is a program written for Microsoft Access. This program is for registration of youth and/churches at camps. It was written specifically for youth camp at Lakeview, but you may find it has other applications and there is quite a bit of flexibility in setting up options. Please go to www.roycecamp.com for more information. ROYCE is not affiliated with the Wesley Foundation at SFASU or the United Methodist Church.

Discipleship Groups (DGroups)

DGroups are small groups to help college students (or any adult group) be intentional about being a disciple of Christ in the areas of fellowship, service, study, and outreach. A complete description is in the leader training file and a one-page description (that we hand out to visitors) gives a brief overview.
